Net 10 days on approved accounts. Past due invoices are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact our Sales Department.  All returns must be authorized by RMA (Return Material Authorization). Items you have received that are over 90 days old are non-returnable. Stock Items are subject to a 20 % re-stocking charge and non stock items & non defective products are subject to a 25% restocking charge. 
Custom run items are non returnable.

All special order or custom merchandise is non returnable.
There is a $30.00 processing fee for any cancellations of special or 
custom orders.
